Dropping of resin particle LumisisMarker droplets onto the liquid surface.

Visualizing the shape changes of the liquid surface and the liquid mixing process! Introducing a visible light source with purple 405nm and ultraviolet light.

We visualized the shape change of the liquid surface and the mixing process of the liquid when a droplet containing a red LumisisMarker was dropped onto a liquid surface containing a blue LumisisMarker. Under visible light source (purple 405nm), the LumisisMarkers appear red and blue, and the interface between the droplet and the liquid surface glows in the same color as the visible light source. Under invisible light source (ultraviolet), the LumisisMarkers appear red and blue, but the interface was not visible. Although fluorescent dyes become cloudy in the mixing area, the LumisisMarkers can be tracked because the fluorescent colors of the particles are different. 【Features of the visible light source (purple 405nm)】 - When using a color camera, halation can be removed through image processing. - The behavior of each particle can be captured. - When using a monochrome camera with an optical filter that passes wavelengths longer than 405nm, halation is removed, but the two types of particles are captured as the same color. - When using a bandpass filter, it is possible to capture the behavior of one color of particles. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

LumisisMarker resin particles flow in the open circuit.

We will introduce the flow of green, purple 405nm, and ultraviolet visible light sources in the open circuit!

Here are some application examples of visualization experiments using resin particles "LumisisMarker." With a visible light source (for example, green), all particles and wall surfaces glow in the same color as the light source. With a visible light source (purple 405nm), the Lumisis Marker glows green, and the wall surface glows in the same color as the light source. Additionally, with an invisible light source (ultraviolet), the Lumisis Marker appears green, while the wall surface is not visible. 【Features】 ■ Visible light source (for example, green) - In conventional visualization methods, both the wall surface and particles glow in the same color as the light source. - Visualization of flow is almost impossible. ■ Invisible light source (ultraviolet) - Regardless of the type of camera, it is possible to capture clear particle behavior with almost no halation on the wall surface without using optical filters. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Movement of bubbles due to boiling in resin particles LumisisMarker.

We will introduce cases where the shape of objects and walls move or deform!

Here are some examples of applications for visualization experiments using the resin particle "Lumisis Marker." With a visible light source (for example, red), bubbles, particles, and walls all glow in the same color as the light source. With a visible light source (purple 405nm), the Lumisis Marker glows blue, while bubbles and debris, as well as the walls, glow in the same color as the light source. Additionally, with an invisible light source (ultraviolet), the Lumisis Marker appears blue, while bubbles and debris are not visible. 【Features of visible light source (for example, red)】 ■ Conventional visualization methods ■ Masking processing is required to separate the boundaries between objects and particles ■ Unwanted information such as debris is also captured *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

LumisisMarker resin particles flow around the object.

We will introduce the flow around objects of blue, purple 405nm, and ultraviolet visible light sources!

Here are some examples of applications for visualization experiments using the resin particles "Lumisis Marker." In the case of a visible light source (for example, blue), everything in the fluid around the object glows in the same color as the light source. With a visible light source (purple 405nm), the Lumisis Marker appears green. The object, along with debris and bubbles, glows in the same color as the light source. Additionally, with an invisible light source (ultraviolet), the Lumisis Marker also appears green, while the object, debris, and bubbles are not visible. 【Features of Visible Light Source (e.g., blue)】 ■ Conventional visualization methods ■ Masking treatment is required to separate the boundaries between the object and the particles ■ Unwanted information such as debris is also captured *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
